How much does it cost to rent a bounce house?
Prices depend on the unit (bounce house, combo, waterslide, or obstacle course) and your delivery address. Browse live rates on wavybounce.com, or call/text 401-999-9599 with your date and ZIP for a quick quote.
Is delivery, setup, and pickup included?
Yes — we deliver, set up, and pick up. Delivery is calculated from your address at $1.75 per mile and shown when you book on the booking site.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit holds your date and equipment. The balance is due per your booking confirmation. Call or text if you need the exact deposit for your order.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends in spring and summer fill up fast. Book as early as you can — we also take last-minute jobs when the unit is free.
Can I rent overnight?
Yes — overnight is an easy upgrade for longer parties.
Space & setup
How much space do I need?
Most standard bounce houses need a flat, clear area about 15×15 ft, plus a few feet around the sides for anchors. Combos, waterslides, and obstacles need more — each product page lists the footprint.
Can you set up on grass, a driveway, or a parking lot?
Yes. Grass is simplest. Driveways and parking lots work with the right ballast (we bring what we need). Tell us the surface when you book.
Do I need an electrical outlet?
Yes — a standard household outlet within a workable distance of the setup spot. No outdoor power? Ask about a generator rental.
Do water slides need a hose?
Yes. Have a working outdoor spigot and hose ready for wet units.
Day of the party
What time do you deliver and pick up?
We’ll confirm a delivery window when you book and keep you updated. Pickup is scheduled after your rental period ends.
Do you stay during the party?
For most backyard parties we set up, walk you through the basics, and return for pickup. On-site attendants for larger school or company events are available on request and come with an added charge.
Are you insured? Can I get a COI?
We’re fully insured. For schools, churches, parks, and HOAs we can provide a Certificate of Insurance and name your organization as additionally insured. Request it when you book.
Weather & cancellations
What if it rains?
Light rain usually doesn’t stop us. High wind, lightning, or unsafe conditions do. If our crew cannot set up because of inclement weather, you get a full refund (or we help you reschedule when the calendar allows).
What’s your cancellation policy?
Weather we can’t safely set up for = full refund. For other date changes or cancellations, contact us as soon as you know — we’ll work with you based on timing and the unit booked.
Safety & cleanliness
Are the bounce houses cleaned between rentals?
Yes. Units are cleaned and sanitized after every rental.
How many kids can jump at once? What ages?
Capacity and age guidance depend on the unit. Check the product page or ask us — we’ll match a bounce house, combo, or obstacle to your kids’ ages and headcount.
Who’s responsible if something gets damaged?
Treat the unit with care (no shoes, food, or sharp objects inside). Accidental damage terms are in your rental agreement; ask about a damage waiver when you book.

For cooler RI weather, Wavy Bounce recommends obstacle courses, inflatable games, bounce houses with slides (combos), classic bounce houses, and foam parties. Waterslides are great in warm weather and stay in our full lineup.
