The Easy Way to Plan Your School Event
- Tell Us What You're Planning — Send us your event date, school or organization name, location or ZIP code, approximate number of children, age range, type of event, wet or dry preference, and any specific activities you're considering. Not sure what you need? That's fine. Tell us what you're trying to accomplish, and we'll help you figure out the rental options.
- We'll Build Your Rental Plan — We'll check inventory for your date and help you select equipment based on your event, space, and activities. You'll receive pricing based on our regular catalog rates and any applicable organization special.
- Reserve Your Date — Once you're ready to move forward, your deposit reserves your date. We'll provide your confirmation and the information needed to prepare for setup.
- We Deliver & Set Up — Our crew arrives at your scheduled location and handles the equipment setup. We'll coordinate with your event contact and review the basic safety and operating information.
- You Run the Event — This is where we want your staff to be. Not unloading equipment. Not setting up inflatables. Not figuring out how to take everything apart. Your team gets to focus on the kids, families, volunteers, and event itself.
- We Come Back & Clean Up — When the event is finished, our crew returns to take everything down and remove the equipment. Your event is over. Your rental is our problem.
Safety, Insurance & School Requirements
We understand that schools, districts, churches, venues, and organizations may have requirements for outside vendors.
Wavy Bounce can provide:

- Professional delivery and setup
- Cleaned and maintained rental equipment
- Setup coordination with your event contact
If your school, district, church, or venue requires specific insurance language, certificate-holder information, or setup requirements, let us know as early as possible so we have time to coordinate everything.
Adult supervision is required during inflatable use.
What About Weather?
We know outdoor events don't always go according to plan. Safety comes first.
If our crew determines that weather conditions are unsafe and we're unable to set up, you'll receive a full refund.
For questionable weather, we'll communicate with your event organizer and coordinate based on the conditions and safety considerations.

Do you work directly with schools and school districts?
Yes. We work with schools, PTO/PTA groups, churches, camps, daycares, afterschool programs, nonprofits, and other organizations hosting children's events. If your school or district has specific vendor, insurance, or setup requirements, tell us when you contact us so we can plan accordingly.
Can you help us decide what to rent?
Absolutely. You don't need to know which inflatable you want before contacting us. Tell us your event date, location, approximate attendance, ages of the children, and what kind of experience you're trying to create. We'll help you identify options that make sense for your event.
What is the school & organization special?

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes. COIs are available upon request for schools, districts, churches, venues, and organizations. If your organization requires specific certificate-holder information or wording, send those requirements when you book so we can coordinate them.
Do you offer weekday field days?
Yes. Monday–Thursday events are welcome and are commonly used for school field days, end-of-year celebrations, and summer programs. Call 401-999-9599 with your date and we'll check availability.
How much space do we need?
It depends on the equipment. Every inflatable has specific space requirements, and obstacle courses generally require more length than standard bounce houses. If you're unsure whether your field, playground, parking area, or venue has enough room, contact us before booking. We'll help you determine what needs to be measured.
Do inflatables require electricity?
Most inflatable units require an outdoor electrical outlet for the blower. If convenient power isn't available at your event location, ask us about generator rentals.
Do waterslides require a hose?
Yes. Waterslides and wet units require access to an appropriate water source and hose. If you're planning a field day and aren't sure whether your location can accommodate a wet setup, ask us before booking.
