Clear rules for Rhode Island families — no day-tier percentage refunds, and no “more than 24 hours” cutoff. Same facts as our FAQ cancellation section.

Weather

If our crew can't safely set up because of weather, you choose — a full refund or a new date. No fees.

Unpaid reserve (Pay 2 Weeks)

If you reserved with pay-2-weeks-before and cancel before your payment date, there's nothing to refund and no charge. Your reservation is simply released.

Paid cancel / credit

If you paid and cancel before our crew is dispatched — including the morning of your rental, as long as the truck has not left — your full payment becomes a credit good for one year, usable on any future rental subject to availability.

After dispatch

Once our crew is dispatched or setup has begun, the rental is non-refundable.

Call or text 401-999-9599. We’ll confirm credit, refund (weather), or release of an unpaid reserve.
