What if it rains on my party day?
If our crew can't safely set up because of weather, you choose — a full refund or a new date. No fees.
Do you deliver the Rapids Obstacle Course to my town?
Yes. We deliver across Rhode Island, including Providence, Cranston, Warwick, Pawtucket and East Providence, and to nearby Connecticut (mileage fee applies). Free delivery within 10 miles of Providence, RI; then $1.75 per mile up to 27 miles, and $2.25 per mile beyond that. You’ll see the exact delivery fee in your total after you enter your address when you book. Your exact fee shows at checkout once you enter your address, and nothing is charged until you confirm. Our hours are Mon–Sat 8am–8pm and Sun 10am–8pm.

What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 7 or more days before your event: full refund. Cancel less than 7 days before: your full payment becomes a credit good for one year.
