How long is the rental?
Standard rental is all day until evening pickup, or next-day pickup if you want it overnight. Next-day overnight pickup is included at no extra charge. You'll confirm delivery and pickup when you book, and you choose your delivery time when you book online, and we deliver to it — we’ll call you the Thursday / day before your event to confirm. Can I rent overnight?
Yes — keep it overnight for next-day pickup at no extra charge. Choose that when you book (or ask us).
Space & setup
How much space do I need?
Most standard bounce houses need a flat, clear area about 15×15 ft, plus a few feet around the sides for anchors. Combos, waterslides, and obstacles need more — each product page lists the footprint.
Can you set up on grass, a driveway, or a parking lot?
Yes. Grass is simplest. Driveways and parking lots work with the right ballast (we bring what we need). Tell us the surface when you book.
Do I need an electrical outlet?
Yes — a standard outlet within about 75–80 ft of the setup spot (a dedicated 20-amp circuit works best). No outdoor power? Ask about a generator rental.
Do you need a permit for a bounce house in Rhode Island?
For a backyard party at a private home, usually no. Rhode Island has no statewide permit for bounce houses. The state Amusement Ride Safety Act excludes inflatable "air structures ('moonwalks')" from its definitions of amusement rides and attractions (R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-34.1-3).
Rules vary by town and by location. Permits usually come into play when the event is on public property or is large:
- Town and city parks, schools and public property: most RI towns require a park or special-event permit, and many ask for the rental company's certificate of insurance.
- RI State Parks: you need a special-use permit, submitted at least 30 business days ahead, and RIDEM Parks & Recreation requires bounce house companies to be pre-approved. Ask us about State Park events before you apply.
- Large public events with temporary structures: these may need a state event permit from the RI Building Code Commission.
- Large gatherings at home: some towns set thresholds. In Middletown, for example, a party at your residence doesn't need a special event permit, but police ask for written notice if 100 or more guests will attend.

Do water slides need a hose?
Yes. Have a working outdoor spigot and hose ready for wet units.
Day of the party
What time do you deliver and pick up?
You choose your delivery time when you book online, and we deliver to it. We’ll call you the Thursday / day before your event to confirm. Sunday deliveries start at 10am. Pickup is scheduled after your rental period ends. Book online anytime; questions? Call/text 401-999-9599.
Do you stay during the party?
For most backyard parties we set up, walk you through the basics, and return for pickup. On-site attendants for larger school or company events are available on request and come with an added charge.
Are you insured? Can I get a COI?
We’re fully insured. For schools, churches, parks, and HOAs we can provide a Certificate of Insurance and name your organization as additionally insured. Request it when you book.
Weather & cancellations
What if it rains?
Light rain usually doesn’t stop us. High wind, lightning, or unsafe conditions do. If our crew can't safely set up because of weather, you choose — a full refund or a new date. No fees.
Rain after setup: once our crew has set up, the rental counts as used, so there's no refund or credit if it rains later in the day. Check the forecast before we head out — if it looks bad, call/text 401-999-9599 and we'll help you decide before the crew leaves.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Weather: If it isn't safe to set up, you choose a full refund or a new date.
Rain after setup isn't refunded.
Need to reschedule? Move your party to any open date within our season.
Sick child or emergency? Let us know any time before our crew heads out and we'll move your booking to a new date at no charge.
Cancel 7 or more days before your event: Full refund.
Cancel less than 7 days before: Your full payment becomes a credit good for one year.
After our crew is on the way: 50% of your payment becomes a credit good for one year.
Safety & cleanliness
Are the bounce houses cleaned between rentals?
Yes. Units are cleaned and sanitized after every rental.
How many kids can jump at once? What ages?
Ages 3+ on every inflatable (Fun House: ages 2–8). Max at a time: bounce houses 6–8 kids, combos (bounce house with slide) 8–10 kids, obstacle courses 2 at a time, waterslides 1 at a time per lane (single lane 1, dual lane 2). Keep similar ages and sizes together.
Who watches the unit?
Our crew sets everything up, walks you through the safety rules, and shows you how to shut it off. You choose one adult to keep an eye on the kids while it’s in use. We’re one call or text away all day at 401-999-9599.
How long does setup take?
About 15–20 minutes for a bounce house, 20–30 minutes for a bounce house with a slide (combo), 30–45 minutes for an obstacle course, and 30–45 minutes for a waterslide. Pick a delivery time at least an hour before your party starts so everything's ready when guests arrive.
Who’s responsible if something gets damaged?
Optional damage waiver: $10 per bounce house, $20 per combo or waterslide, $25 per obstacle course. It covers accidental rips, tears, seam splits, punctures, and normal-use stains during supervised use, up to about $500 per unit. Not covered: intentional damage or misuse, sharp objects, shoes or glasses inside, silly string, face paint, markers, food, drink or gum on the unit, pets, ignoring the safety rules or weather shutdowns, overloading, moving the unit, cutting or removing tethers or stakes, and theft. Damage: Normal wear is on us. Without the optional waiver, accidental damage is billed at the actual repair cost, up to the unit’s replacement value. Most repairs cost far less, and we’ll show you the cost before you’re charged. With the waiver ($10–$25), accidental damage is covered.
