Which size do I need?
We rent two tent sizes: 10 x 10 ($25) and 10 x 20 ($100). We don't rent 20 x 20 or larger tents. For a bigger covered area, combine several tents.
- 10 x 10: a snack or cake station, a gift table, or shade next to a bounce house.
- 10 x 20: a seating area for guests, or a food and drink line. Sidewalls are available for the 10 x 20 (see the 10 x 20 tent page).

How many guests fit under a 10x20 tent?
A 10x20 tent covers 200 sq ft. As a general rule, that's roughly 25–30 guests standing, or about 12–20 seated, depending on your tables. Round tables take more room than 6-foot banquet tables. A buffet line uses roughly 100 sq ft of that space.
How many guests fit under a 10x10 tent?
About 100 sq ft. That's roughly 14 standing or about 6 seated. It's best for a cake, gift or snack station, or shade next to a bounce house.
What if I need cover for more guests?
Our largest single tent is 10x20, so for bigger groups we combine tents. Tell us your guest count and we'll help you plan. Delivery is free within 10 miles, then $1.75/mi.
What if it rains?
If our crew doesn't set up due to inclement weather, you get a full refund. Safety calls are made by the crew.
